| Sessions last from 40 mins to 1 hour, although we may need more time on the initial introductory session. There aren’t a set number of sessions, as coaching takes as long as you require getting the necessary results. I offer a free introductory session and from there on I charge £50 per session.
Sessions can be paid for either by cash, cheque or PayPal.
